We can arrange both the Timber Pest Inspection report and the Building Inspection report if required, as this has the distinctive advantage of getting the necessary information on both reports on the same day as well as providing one payment if required.

All of the devices used are current, up-to-date Termite identification and detection equipment, like fully calibrated moisture meters, scopes for more invasive inspection as requested, sounding devices and identification tools if active termites are located.

Comprehensive Report
The comprehensive 12 page Timber pest inspection as per the Australian Standards 4349.3 series inspection will cover not just the readily accessible internal and external areas of the home, but will cover all external areas around the home as well, including the following:

• Trees
• Retaining walls
• Timber fence lines
• Old tree stumps
• Separate garages
• All subfloor areas if applicable

Peace of mind
All inspections extend up to 50 meters out from the home, or the boundary fence line of the property, whatever comes first. A report is an accurate snapshot on the day for Termites, Borers, Wood rot and the Fungal Decay exposure or damage to the property and surrounding areas. This report will provide you with the necessary information to set up a management plan to your home or investment property if one doesn't exist, or to advise you on the ongoing requirements to maintain a pre-existing termite management system to your home.

All of this, combined with 10 years of termite management and identification experience, will provide you with quality and informed tangible information and recommendations to assist in the purchase of your new home or investment.
