• We have a very sound understanding of conditions implied by the RTA and the REIA
• We have adapted a very organized and simple routine with all agents and owners in which once we have been given the authorization to treat the property. We contact tenants on your behalf and arrange a suitable date and time.
• If the tenants are unable to find a suitable time and if authorized by the tenant, we can pick up the spare keys from the agent and return them same day.
• Invoices can be sent via email or by mail as required. We are very happy to make arrangement that suit whatever system you have in place. This ensures an ease of keeping track of all accounts.
• Please note that we NEVER enter a property unless given authorization from tenants or agent EVER!!
